The fly fishing
books listed below cover areas of general fly fishing
interest and are not focused exclusively on Montana.
Instead of providing guidance on individual Montana
rivers, these fly fishing books instead focus on the
various ways an angler can improve their knowledge of
fly fishing. Books that cover casting,
fly tying and entomology,
and Montana Rivers
are covered in separate sections.

Sky Fishing Comments
This is an excellent fly fishing book for the absolute
newbie. What is nice about this fly fishing book, like
all the books in the "idiots" series, is that
it uses a humurous writing style to keep the reader
interested. While not as informative as some other introductory
fly fishing books, the readability combined with the
humor make this a great fly fishing book for the beginner.
