Anyone
who is planning on venturing out to Montana on a trip should
consider getting a guidebook or two about the state. In
particular, I strongly recommend getting the Montana Atlas
& Gazateer if you will be poking around on any of the back
roads or, especially, doing some exploring of the various
forest service and BLM roads in the state. This handy map
book can make all the difference between getting home and
spending the night in some deserted area with a broken
down vehicle.
