| This picture was taken at the bottom of the Wild West section and provides a nice overview shot of the terrain in this section at Great Divide Ski Area. The top part of the Wild West area is fairly steep, while the lower section flattens out a bit. In this particular spot it got very flat - most of the bottom areas of the Wild West aren't quite this flat - happily. You can also see the myriad of ways a skier can make their way down from the top - zigzagging around through the mix of trees, designated trails and open areas. |
