Downtown Billings, Montana. The downtown area of Billings is quite nice. The streets are tree lined and there are even a number of skywalks - the only skywalks I know of in Montana. Combined with the miniature sky-scrapers, it all combines to give Billings sort of a big city feel to some extent.  Billings
