This photograph shows Downtown Billings. This peculiar art structure sits across a major intersection. Makes for a rather interesting look while downtown. Behind this art structure sits one of the few skywalks in downtown Billings. I suppose this art structure has a name, but the two people I asked about it were as clueless about it as I was.  Billings
