Blacktail Ski Area Pictures

This is the very nice lodge at Blacktail Ski Area. I personally hate going to ski areas - found mainly at huge mega resorts - that do not have a defined lodge where you can go to just to relax, hang out, change into your skiing gear and get a bite to eat.

The lodge at Blacktail Mountain is very functional, easy to get around and quite comfortable. The lodge also provides a wonderful view since the lodge sits on TOP of the mountain - not at the base area like most other ski lodges do.
