| This "building" is called the Pony Express Lodge. I dub it the igloo since from above it looks exactly like one! Moonlight Basin has a great lodge. This is not it. Instead, the "Igloo" is just a fancy tent that also serves up the more typical ski-fare food. I really do hope Moonlight Basin gets rid of this thing soon - this sorry looking structure just doesn't fit in among the fancy condos, lodges and hotels found in and around Moonlight Basin. Still, I guess the building is functional - if quite ugly. |
