The
problem with most luggage, if you are going on an expedition
or other remote trip, is that the luggage you generally
find in stores and online is not designed for the rigors
of heavy use in harsh conditions. While even cheap luggage
can usually withstand the rigors of the airline industry,
even good quality nylon luggage will quickly fall apart
under the rigors of expeditions.
To solve
this problem, National
