Mountains tower over the lowlands on the eastern edge of Glacier National Park. This photo was taken on the long, twisty and less than enjoyable drive between Two Medicine and St. Mary. I was right on the edge of the prairie, which gave way abruptly to the forests and the mountains of the Rocky Mountains.
