Portable Pontoon Boats

One of the nicest things about pontoon boats is that they are portable. However, there are portable pontoon boats and then there are truly portable pontoon boats.

A truly portable pontoon boat is one that requires no fancy setup or take-down. And it can be packed in - a bit heavy and awkward maybe - but it can still be carried by the angler to waters away from the roads.

Now, the disadvantage of a portable pontoon boat is that it tends to lack the niceties found on the larger boats. As these boats are also smaller, anglers won't really be able to use them on multi-day trip floats, either. Then again, pontoon boats aren't the best boats anyways for multi-day trip floats - so no real loss there.

The boat(s) shown below are available through Cabela's, which has the biggest selection of them you are likely to find either online or off. To get additional information, just click on any of the links.
