I have an Osprey technical pack...a little 1300 cubic inch pack...and absolutely love it. The pack has a framesheet...which is unusual for such a small pack. But let me tell you, that framesheet works wonders in getting the weight off my shoulders and onto my hips...making a long hike seem far more pleasant by the end of the day.
