| The downtown area of Shelby is quite nice. As Interstate 15 is located outside of town, probably not surprisingly, much of the development in town has occurred around the interchange - not in the downtown itself. Still, the downtown area in Shelby is clean, wooded and isn't full of empty and abandoned buildings. |
