The Great Divide Ski Area in Montana has superb skiing, but unfortunately it only gets an average of 180 inches of snow a year (although some years, like 2014, the ski area can get over 250+ inches). Due to the lower snow fall average, skiers should expect some spotty snow coverage in spots, especially on southern facing slopes or wind-blown areas.
