Forested & Grassy Banks of the Big Hole River
This shoreline of the Big Hole River is a mixture of open grass, meadows and thick forests. Also, be warned - the mosquitoes along the upper half of the Big Hole River (that portion which the scenic drive follows), are absolutely terrible during the summer months.
