Bison Crossing the Road
On the day I visited the National Bison Range, as is my luck, the bulk of the bison herd had been "rounded up" and put in a different part of the refuge. However, a few bison still roamed around. This particular one, along with a few friends, crossed the road right in front of my vehicle - making for a nice photo opportunity. The Mission Mountains provide a nice, scenic backdrop.
