The Rock Creek Road Backcountry Drive for the most part cuts through thick forest and has limited views. However, there are enough open areas to keep the drive interesting. Here Rock Creek flows along the edge of the mountains and through a small meadow. The meadow likely was created/enhanced by a old burn.
