The St. Joe River in Idaho
The St. Joe River is the highlight of the St. Joe River Scenic Byway. This photo was taken from the pack bridge that crosses the St. Joe River a bit to the east of Avery, Idaho. This photo is as good as any in showing that type of terrain the St. Joe River and the Scenic Byway pass through.
