The Dirt Trail of the Missouri Breaks Byway
This is the condition of the Missouri Breaks Backcountry Byway (when dry). It's a two-track dirt road that is ok to drive during dry conditions. There's lots of ruts, however. Still, during the summer, the two-track portion of the road isn't that bad. During wet weather or the mud season, however, this road essentially becomes impassable, as the road turns to a slick "gumbo" like substance that sticks to the tires and makes traction extremely difficult.
